Returns and Refunds Policy

 

Thank you for choosing us for your event tickets and equipment hire! We appreciate your business. As we are based in Scotland, the following policy is in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

 

Event Tickets

 

Tickets purchased for bouncy castle events, bungee trampolines, and similar events are non-refundable, except under the following conditions:

 

*   Event Cancellation: If the event is canceled by us due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, safety concerns), a full refund will be issued to all ticket holders.

*   Event Rescheduling: If the event is rescheduled and you are unable to attend the new date, you will be entitled to a full refund.

 

In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, we will notify you as soon as possible via the contact information provided during the ticket purchase.

 

Please note:

 

*   Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance or any other reason unless the event is canceled or rescheduled.

*   Our decision on refunds is final.

 

Equipment Hire Deposits

 

Deposits for equipment hire (e.g., bouncy castles, bungee trampolines) are non-refundable unless we cancel the hire. If you cancel the hire, the deposit will not be refunded. However, if we cancel the hire for any reason, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.

 

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
